When items are added to the Shopping Cart, shipping and handling costs will automatically be included. Extra Shipping and Handling charges may apply for shipping outside of the US. We will contact you if we need to charge more for Shipping and Handling. From the Shopping Cart page, you can modify your quantities or remove an item if you wish. When you are ready to check out, simply click the Checkout button.

NWRA Return Policy

It's easy to return an item if you're not satisfied.

The National Wildlife Rehabilitators Association (NWRA) will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days of the date you received the order.

Items must be returned in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.
