Exhibitors for Symposium 2012

Dear Exhibitor:

The National Wildlife Rehabilitators Association (NWRA) is pleased to announce the 2012 Annual Symposium. The Wings of Hope Wildlife Sanctuary is the local Host group assisting NWRA this year. The Symposium takes place from March 13 to March 16 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. NWRA invites you to join us at the 2012 Symposium to share your products and services with conference attendees.

NWRA is an international organization serving wildlife rehabilitators and veterinarians who provide assistance to injured, sick, and orphaned native wildlife, as well as those who provide educational experiences to the public to preserve wildlife and the ecosystems needed for its survival. The Annual NWRA Symposium is attended by 400 to 500 individuals from across the US, Canada, and several other countries. Our members come to the symposium for the continued learning opportunities, but also to purchase gifts, acquire additional resources related to their work, and personal items that are unique and desirable. Because everyone at this gathering is interested in wildlife, habitat, and helping to preserve both for future generations to enjoy, products over a wide range of interests are well received.

NWRA hopes you join us in celebrating our 30 year anniversary. NWRA strives to provide high quality exhibits each year. The exhibit area at each Symposium is designed not only to benefit conference attendees, but also the exhibitors. Many of your products are already in use by rehabilitators and exhibiting at this Symposium provides an excellent opportunity to expose others to the availability of your products. The exhibits are set up in the foyer outside the meeting rooms. This helps to ensure high visibility for all exhibitors throughout the conference.  NWRA also hopes that you consider making a donation to our Raffle/Auction (PDF form or Word Doc fillable form).

NWRA encourages you to complete and return the exhibitor contract (PDF form or Word Doc fillable form) by Friday, February 14, 2012. All reservation information and rates are outlined in the contract. The conference is held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Baton Rouge, LA. As an exhibitor, you are eligible for the special room rate of $106 for 1 to 2 people per night (plus 13% tax), but you must call 800-678-4065 and mention group #NWR and reserve a room before February 20th at 5:00pm (CST).
