Symposium 2012 Registration Brochure

The NWRA Symposium 2012 Registration Brochure is now available.
 

Here are answers to some commonly asked registration questions.

1. Your symposium registration form should be mailed to the NWRA office address printed on the form. If you have a colleague interested in the member discount, they may join NWRA using the membership form found in the brochure. They can send their membership form to the Minnesota address at the same time they send their registration and take advantage of the lower symposium member rate immediately.
2. Symposium registrations are by mail only. NWRA is working toward online registration for the future, but this is not available for Symposium 2012.
3. Registering as a non-member does not automatically include membership. Membership must be paid and a completed membership application form sent to the MN address if you wish to become an NWRA member for 2012.
4. The early registration deadline is January 18, 2012. You still can register after this date, but a $10.00 late fee should be added. Please DO NOT MAIL your registration AFTER March 1, 2012. There is no guarantee that it can be received timely. Walking into the Symposium to register and attend is only $5 above the late fee.
5. The roommate assistance cut-off date is January 18, 2012. Requests after this date cannot be processed.
6. Workshop registration is not mailed until late January. By late January, the symposium program is established and registrants can see what is running concurrently with workshops in order to make informed decisions on their selections. NWRA waits about ten days after the January 18 early deadline to allow registrations post-marked by the deadline to arrive. All who have registered for the conference by this deadline are mailed the workshop registration form. As soon as you receive the workshop form, immediately fill it out and mail it to the Florida address listed on the workshop form. Workshops are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a workshop table open at the Symposium to pay for your assigned workshops or, if you registered after the January 18th deadline, to register and pay for a workshop if space is available.
7. If you are only attending the Tuesday Seminar(s) and you do not plan to attend any other days, you only pay the Seminar fee. Registration fees for one day through full four days of conference apply to Symposium attendance Wednesday through Saturday. If you do not plan to attend Wednesday through Saturday, you pay only for the Tuesday seminar you are attending
