Veterinary Student Externships and Internships

40-45 hrs/wk working in the treatment room alongside the veterinarians and vet techs assisting with new patient admits, physical exams and diagnosis, wound and fracture management, drug administration and fluid therapy, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, radiology, parasitology, and physical therapy

Qualifications:

Must be enrolled in a veterinary school

Comments:

Interested applicants should email a cover letter, CV/resume, and preferred dates to the email specified above. Summer positions fill up quickly (typically a year in advance), so apply early. Case load May–September is 50-100 new cases/day, October–April is 5-50 new cases/day.

Minimum of 2 weeks, no maximum
