Dear Potential Exhibitor:
The National Wildlife Rehabilitators Association (NWRA) is pleased to announce the
2017 Annual Symposium being held March 7 through 10 at the Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg, Virginia. Our host, the Wildlife Center of Virginia, and NWRA invite you to join us to share your products and services with our attendees.
NWRA is an international organization serving wildlife rehabilitators and veterinarians who provide assistance to injured, sick, and orphaned native wildlife, as well as those who provide educational experiences to the public to preserve wildlife and ecosystems needed for survival. The Annual NWRA Symposium is attended by 400 to 500 individuals from across the US, Canada, and several other countries.
Our members come to the Symposium for continued learning opportunities, but also to purchase gifts, acquire additional resources, and for unique personal or gift items. Because everyone at this gathering is interested in wildlife, habitat, and preserving both for future generations to enjoy, a variety of products are well received.
Your company can gain product exposure with NWRA Symposium attendees in three ways.
1. Exhibiting: NWRA strives to provide high quality exhibits each year. The exhibit area at each Symposium is selected, not only to benefit conference attendees, but also the exhibitors. Your products already may be in use by some rehabilitators and exhibiting at this Symposium provides an excellent opportunity to expose others to your products. Exhibits are set up in the foyer area outside meeting rooms to ensure high visibility for all exhibitors throughout the Symposium. If you would like to secure an exhibit table, please complete and return the enclosed Exhibit Contract by February 1, 2017. All reservation information and rates are outlined in the contract.
2. Information Table: If you or your firm is unable to exhibit at the NWRA Symposium, we encourage you to consider broadening your client base by sharing information on your products and services. NWRA maintains a neat and organized information table for this purpose throughout the symposium. Attendees regularly check this table for new products and resources to assist them with their daily work and they appreciate brochures, informational product listings, and order forms available for use. If this interests you, please complete and return the enclosed Exhibit Contract by February 1, 2017. All reservation information and rates are outlined in the contract.
3. Raffle / Silent Auction: NWRA also hopes you will consider sending a raffle/auction donation as a means of further promoting your products. Each donor is listed in the program packet of all attendees and displayed continuously on a room-front scrolling banner during the Friday Banquet. All donations are tax deductible. A Raffle Auction Donation Form is attached for you to complete and submit along with donated items. Please enclose your contact information and estimated value of each donated item to ensure NWRA can send you a thank you note for tax purposes.
