Description & Details

 

Compensation of $23,000.00/year, paid monthly, plus free rent and utilities.  Rehabilitator must live on property, which consists of 7 acres and over 6,000 s.f. of structures.  It also includes a federally protected wetland.

Rehabilitator's main responsibilities at all times, but especially during our busy season (April-Sept), center around the care of wildlife and supervision of the volunteers.  During the remaining months, rehabilitator will help and supervise the maintenance of the property, hold education classes, make presentations and work in building our volunteer base.
