Significant Achievement Award |
The Significant Achievement Award is given to an individual who has made a major contribution to the field of wildlife rehabilitation within the last two years. Examples of such contributions would be presenting a research finding, organizing a program, developing a new technique, and providing unusual assistance. NWRA Achievement Awards are presented at the annual NWRA Symposium banquet. When nominating someone for this award, please give a compelling case listing how they have impacted the field on a national level. The nomination will be strengthened if supplemental letters of support are included. In addition, please provide two references who may be contacted by the Awards Committee. The "field of wildlife rehabilitation" includes wildlife rehabilitators, veterinarians, educators, and others who work in and contribute to our field.
